Deluca Motorsports is actively seeking sponsors for their 2009 NASCAR Late Model
racing season. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of America’s fastest
growing sporting activity. Enclosed for your review and consideration is
information about our team, our driver, the NASCAR racing series, and specific
demographics related to NASCAR and the Weekly Racing Series.

Our sponsorship packages are for both monetary assistance as well as
assistance for parts, services, and supplies. As an example a sponsor may
pledge to purchase all of the racing tires for the season, or up to a set dollar
amount Their company logo will be displayed in a very prominent location on
the race car according to their level of commitment.

SPONSOR LEVELS:
Our sponsorship has five levels of participation.

The top level, Tier V is going to be our major sponsor whose
company logo/advertising will be displayed on the entire front hood area of
the race car. In addition, sponsors patches, will be worn on the driver’s suit,
crew member’s apparel, and graphics will also be displayed on the race trailer.

TEAM INFORMATION

DELUCA MOTORSPORTS was formed in early 2006 with the goal of competing in
the NASCAR Late Model Division, racing under the sanctioning of NASCAR in the
Whelen Weekly Series. The team will be headquartered in Corona, CA, in close
proximity to Irwindale Speedway, the site of the NASCAR Weekly Racing Series.

Our 2007 inaugural season brought many learning experiences and proved to
provide a good foundation for building our team and increasing our ability to
compete in this series. Both driver and crew gained valuable information and
experience in car fabrication and specifically suspension set-up and tuning in
order to compete in this series.

We are now setting our plans and goals for the upcoming 2009 season. The
team is planning to rebuild the race car to ensure our ability to be competitive
for the new season. Currently, we are scheduled to begin teardown in October
and commence with the new fabrication and rebuild. Our goal is to complete
all upgrades and modification by February 2008 to begin final testing and
suspension tuning prior to the opening of the 2008 season in March. With the
assistance of our sponsors, we are looking forward to meeting the challenges of
this highly competitive series and advancing our team forward for this series.
